License Agreement

1. Definitions

“Licensor” refers to Landing Lab. “Licensee” refers to the individual or entity purchasing and using the Template(s). “Template(s)” refers to the landing page template(s) purchased from Landing Lab.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

  • Use the Template(s) for personal or commercial projects, including client work
  • Modify the Template(s) to suit the Licensee's needs
  • Create derivative works based on the Template(s) for the Licensee's own use or for client projects

3. License Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer the Template(s) to any third party
  • Include the Template(s) in a product where the primary value is the template itself
  • Claim copyright or ownership of the original Template(s) design or code
  • Use the Template(s) in a way that infringes on the rights of any third party

4. Subscription License

For the “All Templates” subscription option, the Licensee receives access to all current and future templates for the duration of the subscription period (1 year). Upon expiration of the subscription:

  • The Licensee retains the right to use any templates downloaded during the subscription period
  • Access to new templates added after the subscription expires requires renewal
  • The Licensee must provide a valid email address to receive updates and access to new templates

5. Single Template License

For individual template purchases, the Licensee receives a perpetual license to use the purchased template(s) for an unlimited number of projects.

6. Intellectual Property

The Template(s), including their design, structure, and code, are owned by the Licensor and are protected by copyright laws. This agreement only gives the Licensee some rights to use the Template(s) according to the license terms.

7. Attribution

While not required, the Licensee is encouraged to include a credit link to Landing Lab in the footer of websites built using the Template(s).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Template(s) are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Template(s).

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this license immediately if the Licensee fails to comply with any term of this License Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
