1. Introduction

Welcome to Landing Lab. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at landinglab.xyz and form a binding contractual agreement between you, the user of the site, and us, Landing Lab.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

3. Description of Service

Landing Lab provides premium landing page templates for businesses and individuals ("the Service"). Our templates allow you to quickly deploy professional landing pages for your business needs. The Service includes all templates and source code available for purchase on Landing Lab.

4. Payment and Digital Products

We sell digital products in the form of landing page templates. When you purchase a template or subscription:

  • You are purchasing a license to use the template code.
  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe as a Gumroad partner.
  • Prices are displayed in USD and include all applicable taxes.
  • Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to downloadable code, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • You will receive access to your purchased templates immediately after payment is processed.

5. License Terms

When you purchase our templates, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use the template for your own website or for clients' websites.
  • Modify the template to suit your needs.
  • Create derivative works based on the template.

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the templates as standalone products.
  • Include the templates in a product where the primary value is the template itself.
  • Claim copyright or ownership of the original template design or code.

6. Subscriptions

For subscription purchases:

  • Subscriptions provide access to all templates and updates for the duration of your subscription period (1 year).
  • Subscriptions will not automatically renew.
  • You retain access to all templates downloaded during your subscription period, even after it expires.
  • New templates added after your subscription expires will require a new purchase or subscription renewal.

7. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access to downloadable code:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that you cannot request a refund after completing the purchase.
  • We encourage you to review template demos carefully before purchasing.

8. Intellectual Property

The templates, including their design, structure, and code, are owned by Landing Lab and are protected by copyright laws. Our templates are licensed, not sold. This agreement only gives you some rights to use the templates according to the license terms.

9. Support

We provide limited support for our templates:

  • Documentation is provided with each template.
  • We will assist with template-specific questions related to the provided code.
  • We do not provide general coding assistance or customization services as part of the purchase.
  • Support is provided via email at contact@landinglab.xyz.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Landing Lab, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the templates or service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
